Wellness Exams and Physicals
An important aspect to anyone’s overall health and wellness is a regular physical or wellness exam. These annual exams are an opportunity to address any health concerns with your primary care physician, while also undergoing a routine physical to ensure there are no underlying causes of disease or illness. We recommend healthy adults to come into Bharmal Internal Medicine once a year for a physical. Dr. Hujefa Vora and nurse practitioner Noelle Petri are highly-trained and dedicated to patient health and wellness. Dr. Vora believes that there needs to be a partnership between a physician and his or her patient, one that benefits the patient by helping them obtain optimal health and wellness. He is a strong advocate for working with patients and their loved ones as a trusted partner and friend, then a diagnostician and problem-solver.
Wellness exams are important for numerous reasons, namely that they can uncover any potential health problems before they show any symptoms. Wellness exams are designed to keep you healthy and catch any problems early on. Here at Bharmal Internal Medicine, our wellness exams are performed by Dr. Vora and give you the opportunity to discuss any concerns, your family history, past illnesses, and chronic conditions that may be putting you at risk.
